By accessing or using GameDecided, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

GameDecided is a community-powered decision intelligence platform that aggregates structured buying decisions from players to help others decide whether a game is worth purchasing. GameDecided is not a review site, news outlet, wiki, or forum.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate community recommendations is prohibited.

4. Community Decisions

Each account may submit one active community decision per game. Decisions may be edited at any time. Decisions must reflect genuine personal experience. Submitting fraudulent, abusive, or misleading decisions may result in account suspension.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: create duplicate accounts; submit automated or bot-generated decisions; attempt to manipulate recommendation scores; harass other users; reverse-engineer the platform; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Content Ownership

Game metadata is provided by IGDB and remains subject to their terms. Community decisions you submit contribute to aggregate statistics owned by GameDecided. AI-generated content is owned by GameDecided.

7. Disclaimers

GameDecided provides community-aggregated information to assist buying decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any recommendation. Purchase decisions are ultimately your own responsibility. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
